PRODUCT CARE
Follow these simple steps to ensure your swimwear stays fresh, clean and in good condition...
• Hand wash garments in cold soapy water, rinse after.
• Do not wash in hot or warm water.
• Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
• Make sure sand is removed before drying as it may dry out the fabric.
• Do not iron garments.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight.
• Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils & chlorine which may cause the colour to fade.
SIZING
Please use the below Zariah Size Guides as an estimate as to what size to purchase, as styles, sizes and cuts vary between each individual item and may not be consistent with the size guide measurements.
If you are unsure & require further assistant regarding your sizes and measurements, our customer service team are more than happy to help you.

THE BASIC ZARIAH FIT BREAKDOWN
• Our sizes run in five standard sizes. Small (6-8), Medium (10-12), Large (12-14)
• Other sizes are in the process of being included, if you require another size in the meantime please request via our email and we will source your size as soon as possible.
• All pieces are standard UK sizing unless advised on the item description.
• Seamless finishes give a super stretchy feel and can stretch out to 1 size bigger (returning to normal size when taken off)

SHIPPING
UK DELIVERY
STANDARD 3-5 WORKING DAYS - FREE
Standard delivery orders are eligible if your order is placed Monday - Friday before 8AM GMT. (Excluding bank holidays)
DPD NEXT BUSINESS DAY - £6.00
Next day delivery orders are eligible if order is placed Monday - Thursday before 2PM GMT. (Excluding bank holidays)
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
DHL TRACKED DELIVERY 3+ DAYS - £20.00
If your order is to be delivered to a destination outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Please note Zariah Swim is not liable for any charges or clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for holding times by customs.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Your tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address on your account. If you don't receive this please check your junk folder.
RETURNS

RETURN POLICY
Zariah Swim accepts returns on purchases you are unsatisfied with as we want our customers to enjoy a streamline online shopping service.
We offer refunds on full priced items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All refunds are inclusive of the full price value of the items minus the initial shipping cost of the order.
All items must be returned in original packaging with the hygiene liner still attached, Zariah Swim tags and original box. We will legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers and tags have been removed or tampered with.
* Please try your swimwear on over your underwear due to hygiene reasons. Once you have confirmed sizing and you are happy with it, remove all tags and enjoy!
The customer is responsible for sending the return to the correct address provided with your order number.
Returns are processed within 2 business days after the item is received and checked. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded.
FAULTS
If when your order arrives you notice a fault which you think may be a manufacturing fault, please get in touch with our customer service team If you come across a fault in your item which you deem to be a manufacturing fault & not a customer care fault, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately at info@zariahswim.com with a photo so we can assess the issue & potentially process a refund or replacement.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
1. Try on your garments over underwear
2. Take unwanted garments & ensure the hygiene sticker and tags all still attached in original condition. Place items back in the box and packaging.
3. Email info@zariahswim.com with the subject line 'RETURNS' with your order number, reason for returning and full details.
4. You will receive a confirmation email with our return address.
5. Post back to the address provided as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for choosing their desired shipping options. Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the company you choose to use.
6. Please ensure you get a return tracking number for security as we do not take responsibility for lost returns.
7. Once the return items arrive back to us, you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been refunded and your payment is being processed back into your account.
