RETURN POLICY
Zariah Swim accepts returns on purchases you are unsatisfied with as we want our customers to enjoy a streamline online shopping service.
We offer refunds on full priced items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All refunds are inclusive of the full price value of the items minus the initial shipping cost of the order.
All items must be returned in original packaging with the hygiene liner still attached, Zariah Swim tags and original box. We will legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers and tags have been removed or tampered with.
* Please try your swimwear on over your underwear due to hygiene reasons. Once you have confirmed sizing and you are happy with it, remove all tags and enjoy!
The customer is responsible for sending the return to the correct address provided with your order number.
Returns are processed within 2 business days after the item is received and checked. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded.
FAULTS
If when your order arrives you notice a fault which you think may be a manufacturing fault, please get in touch with our customer service team If you come across a fault in your item which you deem to be a manufacturing fault & not a customer care fault, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately at info@zariahswim.com with a photo so we can assess the issue & potentially process a refund or replacement.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
1. Try on your garments over underwear
2. Take unwanted garments & ensure the hygiene sticker and tags all still attached in original condition. Place items back in the box and packaging.
3. Email info@zariahswim.com with the subject line 'RETURNS' with your order number, reason for returning and full details.
4. You will receive a confirmation email with our return address.
5. Post back to the address provided as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for choosing their desired shipping options. Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the company you choose to use.
6. Please ensure you get a return tracking number for security as we do not take responsibility for lost returns.
7. Once the return items arrive back to us, you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been refunded and your payment is being processed back into your account.
